Landlord Fees

• Letting Only Service – 5% including VAT 
• Letting Only with Rent Protection – 7% including VAT
• Full Management Service – 12% including VAT

• Annual Gas Safety Certificate
• Professional Clean
• Inventory and check in
• Legionnaires assessment
• Rent Protection
